Amanda was born and raised in rural Maine and started riding at age 5. Her passion for horses drove her to learn more about their natural communication and how they could be trained using their own language, leading her to Flag Is Up Farm in California. For several years Amanda traveled back and forth from Maine to California, working with and learning from any horse she could along the way. Amanda has worked as a vet tech since 2005, has studied equine massage therapy, and always had a passion for helping animals. She started her Magna Wave journey in 2014, and is incredibly thankful to be able to help more horses and animals every day! Her mission is to help owners and their equine partners be healthy, happy and preform at their best!
